Last November 22nd took place at the facilities of CIDETEC Surface Engineering, located in San Sebastian (Guipuzcoa), a new follow-up meeting of the AUTOTREAT Project consortium led by M&M Group. The meeting was attended by Marta Escanciano, Innovation Manager of M&M Group, together with representatives of Talento Transformación Digital S.L., Helmholtz-Zentrum hereon GmbH, CTME, CIDETEC, and Plating electronic GmbH.

During the day, the progress made since the last consortium meeting was thoroughly reviewed and shared. In this way, the progress achieved in activities 2 and 3 of the project was highlighted:

  • Activity 2: Development of the model and decision algorithms. This component is scheduled for completion shortly, culminating in the presentation of two significant deliverables.
  • Activity 3: Integration of model and decision algorithms into the power supply. It was agreed that this phase has a target date of April 2024, marking a key milestone in the overall development of the project.

In addition, crucial aspects for the continued success of the project were discussed, underlining the importance of effective collaboration between the consortium participants. The synergy between the companies and entities involved has been fundamental to the steady progress and overcoming of AUTOTREAT’s challenges.

As a result of the meeting, it was agreed to schedule the next virtual follow-up session for March 2024. This measure aims to maintain a constant flow of communication and ensure that the AUTOTREAT project continues to progress efficiently towards its final goals.

This project has received funding from the Eurostars-3 joint program with co-funding from CDTI and the European Union’s Horizon Europe Framework Program for Research and Innovation, and its execution period started in October 2022 and will end in January 2025.
