The Society for Manufacturing Engineering (SIF) has awarded the AFM Mention for the Best Final Project Award of the Society for Manufacturing Engineering 2021, carried out in the field of Manufacturing Engineering, to the Master’s Degree Final Project “Influence of laser texturing on the tribological behavior of AISI 630 steel”, presented by Guzmán Domínguez, current head of the Surface Engineering area of MyM Group.
This award has received the “AFM Mention to the Best Final Project Award of the SIF” from the Association of Machinery Manufacturers (AFM), which distinguishes the best project presented related to the machine tool sector.
The Society of Manufacturing Engineering encourages the development of quality academic actions, aimed at students of university engineering degrees, through the annual call for the Best Final Project Award of the Society of Manufacturing Engineering in the field of Manufacturing Engineering.
As established in the Regulations of the Award for the Best Final Project of the Society of Manufacturing Engineering, it is aimed at students whose Final Projects or Projects, developed in the field of Manufacturing Engineering, have stood out for their high level of quality.
