M&M Group will collaborate in the XIII edition of the Business Meetings of the University of Cadiz

The Center for the Promotion of Employment and Internships of the University of Cadiz, within the framework of the 13th PIFE – Professional Guidance, organizes between October and November two face-to-face sessions and two online sessions of its Business Meetings and that will count with the participation, on November 3, of M&M Group as a participating company.

The collaboration between the group and the UCA in these meetings, such as the one held last March, serves to present, through the HR department, M&M Group and the profiles sought by the company, in addition to providing guidelines and advice to improve the employability of UCA graduates who participate in this plan.

In this sense, the main objective of the program of activities of the Integral Plan of Training for Employment (PIFE-Professional Orientation) is to improve the possibilities of labor insertion of the students of the University of Cadiz, showing them the necessary tools and resources to do so. The itinerary consists of an online training action, a Business Meeting in face-to-face or online mode, the Job Fair and a short final report (25 hours in total, with a recognition of one ECTS credit). It is aimed at students in the last year of the different degrees, although meetings with companies are open to all interested university community.

Thus, the Campus Bahía de Algeciras will host on Thursday, October 20, the first of the Business Meetings of the University of Cadiz, under the title Talent at work; where those responsible for Human Resources of the Andalusian Health Service of the Andalusian Government, the company Maersk (container transport) and the Cepsa Foundation Chair of the UCA will bring the latest news on job opportunities to university students. The Business Meetings will continue on Thursday, October 27 at the Puerto Real Campus with Clece (integral services for companies), SAICA (Advanced Engineering Services for Certification and Accreditation) and Surcontrol (engineering, automation and robotics). In November, two more online sessions are planned: on Thursday 3, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, with taalentfy (employment intermediation), epam (software engineering, digitalization and innovation), M&M Group and Cosmewax (cosmetics manufacturer) and in the afternoon, from 5 to 7 p.m., with Neleda (development and maintenance), Carrefour and The Addeco group (human resources).
