On April 24, at the Antares Chamber Club in Seville, Andalucía Aerospace organized, together with Dopp Consultores, a conference on attracting and retaining talent in the aeronautical sector. Executives from several associated companies, including Domingo Ureña, CEO and general manager of M&M Group, shared experiences and ideas with Fernando Pozas, managing partner of Dopp Consultores and head of the Search, Selection and Evaluation area, and Javier Harto, also managing partner and head of the Training and Development area.
Issues such as how to plan and develop a good selection process, how to make companies attractive to candidates and the opportunities for professional growth and development, were addressed and shared by all attendees.
