M&M Group has announced the renovation of the lighting in the production workshops. With a clear focus on sustainability and energy efficiency, M&M has implemented state-of-the-art LED lights in these facilities, consolidating its commitment to environmental care.

The adoption of this new LED technology in M&M’s production workshops marks a significant milestone in its sustainability policy, as state-of-the-art LED lights are highly efficient and consume up to 50% less energy compared to conventional luminaires. This renovation will enable M&M to reduce its energy consumption, thereby reducing its carbon footprint and actively contributing to the protection of the natural environment.

The transition to LED lights in M&M’s production workshops will not only generate considerable energy savings, but will also improve working conditions for operators. LED lights provide uniform, high-quality lighting, which promotes a safer and more comfortable working environment, as well as facilitating the performance of daily production tasks.

“At M&M, we strongly believe in corporate responsibility and the importance of adopting sustainable practices in our operations,” explained María José Marente, head of Sustainability and Business Optimization at the company. “Renewing the lighting fixtures in our production workshops with LED lights is one more step towards reducing our environmental footprint and meeting our sustainability goals.”
